Emily Osment Announces Her “Clap Your Hands” Tour

Emily Osment tweeted yesterday that she had some GIANT news to share. What was it? Emily is hitting the road again for her “Clap You Hands” tour! On the weekends, when she’s not filming Hannah Montana 4, she’ll be performing.
